The class visited the Jacksonville Fire Department this morning, where Captain (and father of CEO class member, Jaidyn Rueter) Curt Rueter, showed the students the equipment firefighters use. Students were particularly impressed by the number of tools created by entrepreneurs who are, or were, firefighters.

Class member Declan Lahey, who is interested in becoming a firefighter, got to put on the gear to experience the weight of the equipment and the breathing apparatus.

If you are interested in becoming a fire fighter for the City of Jacksonville, download and complete your application at https://iosolutions.com/ today!

Thank you to Curt and the entire department for their time today! 🚒
