The class visited Jax Yoga this morning where owner, Wendy Smith, told them about her path to becoming an entrepreneur. She even taught the class some yoga techniques they can practice in their daily life.

Yoga offers entrepreneurs a powerful tool for self-care, helping to manage the physical and mental demands of running a business. Through regular practice, yoga improves flexibility, reduces stress, and enhances focus—key benefits for maintaining productivity and mental clarity. The mindful breathing techniques can calm anxiety and boost resilience, while the time spent on the mat encourages much-needed self-reflection, preventing burnout. By nurturing both body and mind, yoga helps entrepreneurs stay grounded, energized, and better equipped to tackle the challenges of their professional journey.

Thank you, Wendy!
