The class visited Jacksonville Mayor Andy Ezard at City Hall this morning. Andy told the students about his career path to the Mayor’s office and some of the responsibilities of a city mayor. Andy gave them some great advice about doing what you love and really listening to people. He also told them that people will want to test them and challenge them and that they need to learn to have some thick skin. He said communication is key.

Thank you, Andy, for your time and your hospitality. We so much appreciate it. (And the breakfast pizza was awesome!)🍕
