This! This is what it’s all about. This is what we try to model in CEO. Cooperation, collaboration, connection. With seven high schools in the Morgan-Scott CEO Program, one of the expectations is that we do not wear school identifying clothing to class. Not because we don’t like the various schools, but because we want to build the camaraderie of Morgan-Scott CEO. CEO students are also always surprised to hear business owners talk about how they appreciate and invite competition because it drives the market and it makes everyone’s product or service better. I know how passionate players and fans are for their teams and I love that. But what I love more is this photo below. An intense school rivalry and a game where only one team can get the W. And this was not before the game, this photo was after the game. Routt did get the W, but all six of these young men are winners. And all six of them will walk into CEO Monday and work together for whatever goal the class has set. This is CEO. 💙💚🧡
